What fun is it to eat off a plain old plate? Same goes for your pooch's palette! Jazz up your Puppy Bowl party with personalized doggie bowls. You can use a variety of sizes and shapes for serving dishes (think chips and dips), or personalize individual dog bowls for a gift your canine guests can take home as a special party favor.

Free-hand a design, write your pooch's name in jewels or show your team pride with hometown colors. Whichever you choose to do, your guests will thank you for making sure your tail-gate party goes to the dogs!

Materials:

* Plastic or metal dog bowls

* Glue (Look for glue specifically designed to work on plastic, metal and other dog bowl surfaces. Fabric glue works great.)

* An assortment of beads, rhinestones, jewels, letters and other embellishments

Step 1

Choose which embellishments to use on your dog bowl, and lay out your design before adhering it to the bowl.

Step 2

Place a small amount of the fabric glue on each embellishment and firmly press it into place. If any extra glue spills out from underneath, simply wipe it off with a wet cloth or tissue.

Step 3

Let your creation dry for at least an hour — if not overnight — before allowing your pup to use his lovely new bowl.
