After months of stops in 17 cities throughout the nation and over 1,000 animal adoptions along the way, the time to celebrate is nearly here! The 2nd annual Road to Puppy Bowl tour culminates this summer in an unparalleled furry extravaganza in the Windy City on June 27, 2015!

You and your family (fur babies included) are invited to Woofstock: The Road to Puppy Bowl, a free all-day festival to be held from 12pm to 5pm at Chicago's Stadium Green at Soldier Field. At 2:30pm, you and your canine companions could become a part of history as we attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest number of adopted dogs and their humans ever in one place!

It's bound to be a doggone good time as we all celebrate the success of this year's Road to Puppy Bowl, a strong joint effort between Animal Planet and the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) to find forever homes for animals in shelters across the United States and promote responsible pet ownership. To keep up with the Road to Puppy Bowl spirit, PAWS Chicago will have adoptable dogs and cats of all ages and size on site, hoping to meet new families. Adoption fees during the event will be covered by Animal Planet.

Festival activities include:

  • Animal Planet Stars on site
  • Photo Ops- with a chance to be featured on the upcoming Puppy Bowl XII
  • Puppy Bowl Replica Field
  • Beer Garden
  • Food Trucks
  • Live Musical Performances
  • Adoptable pups from PAWS Chicago on site
  • Much More!

To help us break the world record, you must have:

  • Proof of adoption
    • This can be a letter from the shelter letter head or Certificate
    • Must include: Pets Name, Owner's First & last Name, Date of Adoption
    • If you have an electronic version it should be some type of signed letter or official document from the adoption center
  • Max. of 2 adopted pets per owner
