DR. DAVID CARON: An expert in international law, Dr. David Caron currently teaches public international law, resolution of private international disputes, ocean law and policy, and the advanced international law writing workshop at Berkeley Law.

DR. CHARLOTTE EPSTEIN: Dr Epstein's interests include International Relations theory (with a particular interest in post-structuralist approaches and discourse theory), critical security studies and global environmental politics, as well as the overlap between international trade and the environment. She is a faculty member of the University of Sydney's Department of Government and International Relations.

BILL HOGARTH: Bill Hogarth is the deputy director of NOAA Fisheries. Formerly head of the organization's National Marine Fisheries Service Southeast region, he possesses a wealth of knowledge about marine issues along both coasts of the United States, including the management of highly migratory species such as whales.

DR. TIMOTHY STEPHENS: Dr. Tim Stephens is an international lawyer and human geographer, and a senior lecturer with the University of Sydney's Sydney Law School. He has published widely on issues of public international law, national and international environmental law and the law of the sea.
